Although Fairytale Bridal Shop may have the look of a bridal store chain, it is a privately owned & operated business.
One person fills orders, ships, stocks, e-mails & manufactures as well.
Current orders have a wait time of no less than 14 -21 business days ...
"business" meaning Monday through Friday - not including weekends. The current shipping time is about 6-8 weeks, HOWEVER, most items which do not need to be manufactured or personalized have a faster turn around time of 7-10 business days. NOTE: I do not update order status by e-mail & do not guarantee stock levels at the time of order placement or on-time delivery.
Though base prices & ordering controls have been placed for your convenience, keep in mind that these items are not mass-produced and are only recreated upon request. Due to availability, trims may vary slightly. All items are created and stored in a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE environment.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of the items, no refunds will be given. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, we will repair or replace the item. Misprinted personalized items that are found to have been our mistake, will be replaced at no extra charge.
While we have made every effort to ensure that all of the details in our web site are correct, we must reserve the right to make occasional changes without prior notice, and we can not be held responsible for typographical errors.
